Beyond Self Storage opens first of four Detroit, MI area self-storage facilities.
Beyond Self Storage at Rochester Hills, a state-of- the-art drive-thru self-storage facility,
opened for business on March 23rd and rented a unit less than one hour after opening. It is the
first of four Beyond Self Storage facilities that are under development in the Detroit Metro
area, with projects opening in Commerce Township, Macomb Township, and Sterling Heights this
summer and fall.
“Detroit was one of the very first markets that we looked at when we started focusing on self-
storage over two years ago, so our team was very excited to finally open the first facility,” said
