St. Louis, MO - October, 2017 -- Beyond Self Storage at McCausland, a new state-of-the-art self-storage facility with nearly 750 storage units and now one of the largest in St. Louis, recently held a Grand Opening that featured a live broadcast by a country music radio station, pet adoptions through a local animal shelter, a bouncy house, lots of games, and plenty of refreshments for everyone who attended the event.
“We opened on McCausland Avenue this summer and the facility has been doing very well so far,” said Stevey Heinrich, Operations Manager for Beyond Self Storage. “Customers seem to really like the drive-through loading, complete climate control, and all the other amenities we included in the design of the facility, units are renting up quickly, and the reception by the community, including the Grand Opening, has been great,” Heinrich added.
New Country 92.3 FM, a St. Louis radio station, hosted the Grand Opening and broadcasted live from the self-storage facility for part of the two-hour event that attracted storage customers, local residents, and passers-by, who stopped in for some fun, country music, and a bite to eat.
The pet adoption drive was hosted by Advocates 4 Animals, a St. Louis area group focused on keeping animals with their families during financially difficult times by providing pet food and spay-neuter assistance. The 100% volunteer organization also manages an adoption program, which cares for pregnant/nursing canine mothers and their puppies until they are adopted, and the volunteers at the Beyond Self Storage Grand Opening were thrilled to send four dogs home with loving owners.
