Construction of Beyond Self Storage facility in Rochester Hills, MI to start soon.

Construction of Beyond Self Storage at Rochester Hills, the first of five state-of-the-art self-storage facilities planned in the Detroit area by NorthPoint Development, will be underway this spring on Crooks Road at Highway 59.  The fully entitled project, which will be one of the largest self-storage facilities in the area, will be operated by NorthPoint Development, having launched the Beyond Self Storage brand and a multi-facility development initiative in February 2016.

 

"There has been tremendous growth in Suburban Detroit and we feel there is a real need for the modern, climate controlled, drive-thru facilities we’re planning to build,” said Ben Hagedorn, Director of Self-Storage Operations for NorthPoint Development.  “We’re very excited to open our first Detroit location in Rochester Hills, which is a great community, and the Crooks Road location is ideal because it’s right off of Highway 59.”
